Use
Add several drops of phenolphthalein solution on a piece of tableware or on the surface to be analyzed.The presence of pink coloration indicates that alkalinity remains exist on the analyzed surface and may be a symptom of a poor rinse process.
Product properties
Changes color depending on the pH.pH 0-8: colorless. pH 8-12: Pink.Detects alkaline residues on samples and surfaces.
